The Aim Of The Project Is To Develop And Improve The Quality Of Road Infrastructure In The Industrial Zone By Designing The Road Construction In Such A Way That Every Road User Can Use It Safely And Comfortably. The Scope Of Road Infrastructure Includes: Roads, Pedestrian Paths, Bicycle Paths, Entrances To Properties And Solutions For Managing Rainwater And Meltwater, As Well As Lighting, A Service Channel And Greenery.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Basic Scope Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining A Formal And Legal Document Necessary To Perform The Investment Task: Construction Of The Road Ul. Transport In Żary, Including: 1) Development Of A Concept In A Descriptive And Graphic Form, 2) Development Of A Map For Design Purposes, 3) Development Of Design Documentation Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works, Including In Particular: A) Construction Design: - Plot Or Area Development Design, - Architectural And Construction Design, - Technical Design, - Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents That Must Be Attached Under The Regulations (E.G. Derogations, Decision On Environmental Conditions, Permit Water Law),B) Detailed Design,C) Bill Of Quantities,4) Preparation Of Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works,5) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate,6) Preparation Of Geological And Engineering Documentation Or Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Building Structures,7) Preparation Of A Schedule For The Execution Of Works Specified In The Table Of Settlement Elements,8) Preparation Of A Design For Permanent Traffic Organization.The Scope Covered By The Option Law - Carrying Out Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works - Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation. The Contractor Will Exercise Authors Supervision Within The Scope Specified In Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law For A Period Of Up To 8 Months, But Not Shorter Than The Date Of Final Acceptance Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Completed Design Documentation.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Were Included In The Draft Public Procurement Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Planned Order And The Procedure For Performing Authors Supervision, Constituting Appendices To The Draft Contract.
