1. The Subject Of The Order Is Transportation Of Students To The School And Kindergarten Complex In Baranów In The School Year 2026/2027.2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes Transport Of Students To The School And Kindergarten Complex In Baranów (Kindergarten And Primary School) Based On The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets On School Days, Taking Into Account The Organization Of The School Year In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education And Sport Of April 18, 2002 On The Organization Of The School Year (Journal Of Laws No. 46, Item 432, As Amended).3. The Term Transportation Of Students To School Should Mean Transporting Students From Their Designated Places Of Residence To School Before The Start Of Classes And Transporting Students From School To Their Designated Places Of Residence After The End Of Classes. The Routes Should Be Implemented On The Basis Of Public Transport, Generally Available, With Priority For The Students Indicated In These Proceedings.4. Students May Only Be Transported By Means Of Transport That Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490, As Amended) And Others Regulations Related To The Transport Of Passengers. 5. The Contractor Must Ensure Safe Transport For Students, I.E. Appropriate Safety And Hygiene Conditions. It Is Allowed To Combine Groups Transported To Kindergartens And Schools.6. The Ordering Party Provides A Guardian On Each Bus.7. Buses Must Have A Sufficient Number Of Seats On A Specified Route To Provide Seating For Students And The Chaperone.8. The Contractor Insures The Buses And Passengers Against Any Damage Occurring During And In Connection With The Transport.9. The Number And Route Of Routes As Well As Departure Times Are Determined By The Contractor In Consultation With The Director Of The School And Kindergarten Complex, Under The Following Conditions: 1) Transport Of Students To School: Departure Time From The Town Starting The Course - No Earlier Than 7:00; Travel Time To School No Later Than 8:10 And No Earlier Than 7:35; 2) Return Of Students After The End Of Classes At 1:00 P.M., 2:20 P.M. And 3:15 P.M.; Within A Time Not Exceeding 60 Minutes From Leaving The School To The Town Ending The Course.10. Transport Must Take Place As Part Of Regular Passenger Transport In National Road Transport In Accordance With The Road Transport Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490, As Amended).11. The Estimated Daily Transport Of Students Will Be 202 People. A List Containing The Number Of Students And The Towns From Which They Will Be Picked Up Is Attached As Appendix 8 To The Swz.
