Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Organization And Conduct Of Training For Social Work Supervisors In Connection With The Implementation Of The We Turn On Pomerania! Project.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of Training For Social Work Supervisors, Including In Particular: • Providing Teaching Staff With The Required Qualifications, • Organizing And Providing Training Rooms, • Organizing And Conducting Internships, • Providing Meals To Participants, • Providing Accommodation For Participants Who Report Such A Need, • Covering The Costs Of The Participants Participation Fee For The Final Examination. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. A. Training And Internships For Participants Of The Training For Social Work Supervisors Will Be Conducted By An Entity That Has The Consent Of The Minister Responsible For Social Security To Conduct Training For Social Work Supervisors, Issued On The Basis Of The Act Of March 12, 20024 On Social Assistance And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of December 2, 2016 On Social Work Supervision. B. The Training Will Be Conducted By Teaching Staff And In Rooms Provided By The Contractor In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of December 2, 2016 On Social Work Supervision. C. The Participants Of The Classes Will Be Employees Of Social Assistance And Integration Institutions From The Pomeranian Voivodeship Who Meet The Conditions For Joining The Training For Social Work Supervisors. D. The Order Is Being Carried Out In Connection With The Project Entitled: We Are Turning On The Pomeranian Voivodeship! Under The European Funds For Social Development 2021–2027 Program. 3. The Law Applicable To This Order (Including The Contract Concluded As A Result Of This Procedure And For The Assessment Of The Legal Effects Of All Documents In This Order) Is Polish Law, Taking Into Account European Union Law.4. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Devices), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials And Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used, Efficiency, Durability And Quality Are Not Inferior To The Quality Of The Materials And Products Described In Swz.6. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That
