Training In The Field Of Mental Health At Work (Administrative And Medical Staff)Number Of People Covered By The Training: 120 People In 10 Groups Of 12 People Each. The Training Will Be Addressed To Employees Working In Administrative And Medical Positions. Number Of Training Hours: One-Day Training: 8 Hours Of Training (1 Hour = 45 Min) For Each Group (3 Hours Of Theory, 5 Hours Of Workshops). A Total Of 80 Hours Of Training. Place Of Training: Independent Public Health Care Center, Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 3 In Rybnik, Ul. Energetów 46, 44-200 Rybnik - The Hospital Will Provide A Room For Training Along With The Necessary Infrastructure. Completion Date No Later Than: December 31, 2026. The Scope Of The Training Must Include At Least The Following Issues: Training On Mental Health In The Workplace Is To Include: Definition Of Stress: Phases, Symptoms, Consequences, Interpretation Of A Stressful Situation And Styles Of Coping With Stress: Mechanisms Of Destructive Thinking, Psychological Defense Mechanisms Under Stress, Styles Of Coping With Stress, Relaxation Techniques: Including: Breathing, Progressive Relaxation, Cognitive Techniques For Managing Emotions At Work, Time As A Stressor: Effective Work Time Management, Ability To Set Priorities, Elimination Of Ineffective Activities. Contractors Responsibilities: Keeping Attendance Lists, Register Of Issued Certificates And Ex-Post Surveys Assessing The Quality Of Training, Materials For Each Participant (Training Materials Covering The Training Topics, Notebook, Pen, Cardboard Folder). The Requirement For Contractors Is Experience In Conducting Training. Due To The Need To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Hospital (Patient Service), The Training Was Divided Into Groups. The Frequency Of Individual Training Courses Will Be Ultimately Adjusted To The Developed Work Schedule Due To The Need To Ensure The Continuity Of Work Of The Ordering Partys Employees, As Well As The Ordering Partys Organizational Capabilities, Including The Availability Of The Conference Room. The Training Will End With The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Completion Of The Training/Certificate For Each Participant. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark All Documents And Materials With The European Union Logo And The European Funds Mark For Persons Participating In The Training.
