1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of New Cars For The Needs Of Iława County. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Car Or Subject Of The Order.2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of 2 (Two) Parts: 1) Part 1 - Type 1 Passenger Car: A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Limousine-Type Passenger Car With A Hybrid Drive, 1 Pc., B) A Detailed Description Of The Ordering Partys Needs, Warranty And Service Conditions And Minimum Technical Parameters Within The Scope Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Table - Offer Form For Part 1, And Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Contract Template;3. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order For Parts 1 And 2: 1) The Contractor Must Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least 5 Days Before The Planned Delivery Date. The Instruction Must Be Carried Out On The Day Of Delivery Of The Vehicle. 4) Requirements For Cars: A) Cars Must Be Brand New, Manufactured In 2025 Or 2026, And The Model Offered Must Be Currently Manufactured By The Manufacturer. By A Brand New Car, The Ordering Party Understands A New, Unused, Undamaged, Non-Remanufactured Vehicle, Without Prior Registration, Without Any Operational Mileage, Not Used As A Demonstration, Test, Replacement Or Exhibition Vehicle, Without The Intervention Of Third Parties.
