Tenders Are Invited For Transport Services For Disabled Children Living In Ząbki To Schools And Educational Institutions In The 2026/2027 School Year

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services In The Field Of Transport Of Disabled Children Living In The City Of Ząbki From Their Place Of Residence To Kindergartens, Primary And Secondary Schools And Other Educational Institutions - Hereinafter Referred To As Schools - And Back Home, Along With Providing Care For The Children During Transport. 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Cover A Total Of 38 Children, And The Total Number Of Courses Will Be 6,026, However, Changes In The Number Of Children And The Number Of Courses Are Allowed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Constitute Annex No. 12 To The Swz.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Ensure The Transport Of Children In Cars Technically Adapted For This Purpose, Which Will Be: A) Appropriately Marked, In Accordance With Art. 58 Section 1 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), B) Enable The Guardian To Reach A Child Who Needs Help While Driving, C) Specially Adapted To The Transport Of Disabled Persons, I.E. Equipped With Specialized Equipment: Rails For Mounting Strollers For Disabled People And Lifts Enabling The Entry Of A Stroller With A Person Disabled Person To The Car, D) Have Certified Attachment Belts For Securing Wheelchairs, E) Equipped With Car Seats Adapted To The Childs Age And Height, F) Have A Set Of Seat Belts For All Disabled Children, G) Have Side Windows That Can Be Opened Or Tilted, Unless The Car Has An Air-Conditioning Function, H) Manufactured In 2019 Or Later, I) Registered For A Current License To Perform Domestic Road Transport Of Passengers, J) Technically Efficient, Kept In Order And Cleanliness And Have Valid Technical Inspections Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, 2) Ensure That The Cars Are Stopped In A Place As Close As Possible To The Building Where The Transported Disabled Child Lives And In A Place As Close As Possible To The School, 3) Inform Parents About The Place Where The Car Is Parked, 4) Provide Guardians For The Transported Children Who Are Obliged To: A) Pick Up The Children From Their Parents/Guardians At Home And, After Taking Them To Classes, Hand Them Over To The Care Of School Employees, B) After Picking Up The Children From Parents/Guardians - Help Children Move To/From The Car, C) Help Take Off Childrens Outer Clothes In Order To Prevent Children From Sweating During Transport, Especially When The Heating Is Turned On In The Car, D) Help In Dressing And Removing Outer Clothes From Children At School, E) Provide Care For Transported Children And, If Necessary - First Aid, F) After The End Of Classes - Pick Up Children From School Employees And, After Taking Them Home, Hand Them Over To The Care Of Parents/Guardians, 5) Provide Childrens Guardians, Mobile Phones Through Which It Will Be Possible To Contact The Parents Of The Transported Children, The Principals Of
