The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of A Design For A Bicycle Path Around The Klimkowski Reservoir In The Uście Gorlickie Commune. The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation And Obtaining Administrative Decisions. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Divided Into Two Stages In Accordance With The Following Division: Stage I - Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes And, Based On It, Development Of Preliminary Assumptions For The Adopted Design Solutions, In Consultation With The Ordering Party And - If Necessary - With The Relevant Road Manager. Stage Ii, Including: Development Of: A) Land Development Design; B) Architectural And Construction Design; C) Technical Design; D) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Construction;E) Investors Cost Estimate;F) Bill Of Quantities;The Contractor Is Obliged To Make All Necessary Arrangements And Obtain The Required Opinions In Order To Develop Design Documentation, As Well As To Obtain A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Or To Effectively Notify The Intention To Perform The Works, Or To Obtain Documents Confirming That The Above-Mentioned Robots Do Not Require Notification Or Permission. The Developed Design Documentation Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party For Final Approval, As Appropriate: 1) General Design Assumptions (Initial Design Assumptions) Before Starting The Preparation Of The Design, In Accordance With The Deadline Specified In Chapter Iv Of The Swz. 2) Architectural And Construction Design Before Applying For A Building Permit Or Before Reporting The Works. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Compliance Of The Design Documentation With The Legal And Legal Provisions In Force In Poland. Standards. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Develop And Obtain Approval Of The Temporary And Final Traffic Organization Project By The Traffic Management Authority; 2) Update The Investors Cost Estimate Before The Commencement Of The Tender Procedure For Construction Works; 3) Prepare Explanations And Responses To The Prepared Documentation And Submit Them To The Ordering Party Within The Deadline Set By Him, During The Tender Procedure To Select A Contractor For Construction Works.
