1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services In The Preparation And Delivery Of A One-Dish Meal For The Needs Of Primary School No. 4.2. The Ordering Party Plans That The Daily Demand For Meals Is 130 Dinners.3. The Ordering Party Plans That In The Period From September 7, 2026 (The Date Of Commencement Of The Service Planned By The Ordering Party) To June 18, 2027, Approximately 130 Lunches Should Be Delivered Daily. 1) We Reserve The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Number Of Lunches Delivered According To Students Orders, 2) If The Total Delivery Of Lunches Is Less Than The Number Of 130 Pieces Planned By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claims In This Respect, 3) Any Changes In The Quantity Of Ordered Lunches Will Be Reported To The Contractor By The Ordering Party No Later Than 8:30 A.M. On A Given Day. Telephone Notification Is Considered Sufficient.4. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Building Of Primary School No. 4 In Gorzów Wielkopolski At Ul. Kobylogórska 110 In Gorzów Wielkopolski.5. Lunches Will Be Delivered Starting From September 7, 2026, From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, Between 09:30 And 11:00. Any Changes To The Lunch Delivery Hours Will Be Agreed In Advance With The Selected Contractor. 6. In An Exceptional Situation Related To A Change In The Organization Of The School Working Day, Lunch Will Be Delivered At A Different Time - After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor. 7. On The First Day Of The Week, The Contractor Will Provide A Weekly Menu With The Weight Of The Dishes And The Indication Of Allergens - For The Information Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Quality Of Lunches In Accordance With The Presented Menu.8. All Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), Together With The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Education System Units And The Requirements That Must Meet The Requirements Of Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154).9. It Is Essential To Comply With The Standards For Nutrients And Food Products Specified By The Institute Of Nutrition And Food. Meals Are To Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition For Children And Adolescents.
