The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For Students To/From Educational Institutions In The Cekcyn Commune In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027 In The Form Of The Sale Of Monthly Tickets.2. The Monthly Ticket Guarantees The Student Travel From The Stop In The Town Of Residence (Except For Children From Kowalskie Błota, Who Get On At The Stop In Łosiny, And Children From Szklana Huta, Who Get On At The Stop In Małe Gacno) To The Stop Near The School In The Cekcyn Commune, And Travel From The Stop Near The School To The Stop In The Town Of Residence (Except For Children From Kowalskie Błota, Who Get Off At The Stop In Łosiny And Children From Szklana Huta Who Get Off At The Stop In Małe Gacno).3. Transport/Removal Of Students On The Basis Of Personal Monthly Tickets Purchased Under A Smaller Contract Will Be Carried Out In Regular (Publicly Available) Transport As Part Of The Regular Passenger Transport Provided By The Contractor On Public Transport Lines, On School Days According To The Timetable Established By The Contractor. The Timetable Should Provide For The Number Of Trips That Ensure At Least: 1) Transportation Of Students From The Starting Stops In The Towns Indicated In Annex No. 8 To The Swz To Educational Institutions Before The Start Of Classes; 2) Transportation Of Students From Educational Institutions To The Above-Mentioned Stops After The End Of Classes.4. The Transport Time For Students From The Most Distant Stop Cannot Exceed 45 Minutes One Way.5. Children Transported From Trzebciny, Ludwichowo, Zdroje, Zielonka And Brzozie To The Primary School In Cekcyna, Ul. Szkolna 8 Should Not Wait Longer Than 15 Minutes For Classes To Start.6. The Contractor Will Issue A Personal Monthly Ticket For Each Student Covered By The Transport. Settlement For The Service Provided Will Be Based On The Number Of Monthly Tickets Issued.7. The Estimated Number Of Students For Whom The Ordering Party Will Purchase Monthly Tickets Is 303 People, Including 287 Discounted Tickets And 16 Non-Discounted Tickets, I.E.: 1) Primary School In Cekcyna - 177,2) Primary School In Iwiec - 79, Including For 1 Person Without Discount, 3) Primary School In Zielonka - 29, Including For 3 People Without Discount, 4) Leśny Zakątek Municipal Kindergarten In Cekcyno – 18, Including 12 People Without Discount.8. The Actual Number Of Monthly Tickets Purchased Under This Order Will Result From The Needs Of The Ordering Party, But It Is Assumed That The Number Of Students Covered By The Transport May Change.9. The Contractor Will Provide Care For Children During Deliveries.
