1. The Subject Of The Order Are Meal Transport Services For The Needs Of The Provincial Addiction Treatment Center And The Care And Treatment Facility In Gorzyce. 2. Detailed Requirements For The Meal Transport Service Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Schedule For The Implementation Of The Meal Transport Service Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 4. The Obligations Of The Contractor Providing Meal Transport Services Include In Particular: 1) Daily Transport Of Meals, I.E.: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (7 Days A Week) From The Kitchen Located At The Pavilion Of The Addiction Therapy Center (Otu) To: A) The Meal Dispensing Room Located On The Ground Floor In Pavilion B Of The Psychiatric Care And Care Center. Therapeutic (Pzol); B) The Meal Serving Room Located On The Ground Floor Of Pavilion A Of The Psychiatric Care And Treatment Center (Pzol), Together With Loading And Operating The Elevator Transporting Meals To The Serving Rooms On The 1St And 2Nd Floor Of Pavilion A (Pzol); C) The Kitchenette Of Segment Iii A Located On The First Floor In Building C; D) A Kitchenette Located On The Ground Floor In Zameczek.2) Daily Transport Of Post-Consumer Waste From The Meal Service Located In The Pavilion Of The Addiction Therapy Center (Otu) To The Waste Storage Room; 3) The Transport Service Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Meal Transport Service Schedule Specified In Annex No. 1A To Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Load And Unload The Transported Thermoses With Meals, And To Protect The Transported Containers, Thermoses And Packaging (Full Or Empty) Against Destruction Or Damage.
