Chicken Eggs - Characterized By A Clean, Undamaged Shell, Weight Category L - Large: Piece Weight From 63 G To 73 G, Class A - Marked On The Shell With Distinguishing Numbers: Breeding System Code, Country Code And Plant Marking, Disinfected, Fresh, Intense Yolk Color, Egg White Without Germ, Hard Shell, White Transparent, Dense, Without Foreign Bodies, Yolk Spherical, Slightly Movable When Turning The Egg, Returning To The Central Position, In Clean Packaging, Without Droppings And Feathers, Without Any Foreign Smell, Shelf Life Not Shorter Than 7 Days From The Date Of Delivery. The Eggs Are To Be Exposed To Light.2. According To Current Needs, The Ordering Party Will Order Chicken Eggs From The Contractor According To The Detailed List Included In Annex No. 1A - Assortment And Price Form. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Contract By 20% In Relation To The Quantities Indicated In The Assortment And Price Form.3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Transport Service Of The Delivered Products To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party.4. The Contractor Should Have A Car That Meets Sanitary Requirements, In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1448) In Connection With Regulation No. 852/2004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of The European Union Of April 29, 2004 - Hygiene Of Foodstuffs (Appendix No. 2 To The Regulation), With Which He Will Deliver The Item Orders.
