The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Chassis Dynamometer For Testing Vehicle Drive Systems For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Mechanical And Shipbuilding Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. The Complete Subject Of The Order Consists Of The Following Components: 1) Dynamometer 2) Measuring System 3) Dyno Control System 4) Mobile Device For Recording, Collecting And Analyzing Data 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, From Current Production, Free From Any Defects And Damage, Without Prior Use And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Its Transport, Insurance Along The Entire Route And Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party On The Premises Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver The Required Equipment, Install It, Run It And Train The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Subject Of The Order.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 5 To Swz.6. The Contractor Will Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Offered Subject Matter Of The Contract For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.
