1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service Regarding The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Children Attending The Public Primary School. Kazimierza Brodzińskiego W Wojakowa, Wojakowa 49, 32-862 Porąbka Iwkowska, Iwkowa Commune, Brzesko Poviat, Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Supplies For The School Canteen - A Hot Meal (Lunch): 5X In A Decade Of A Two-Course Dinner And 5X In A Decade Of A One-Course Meat Dinner. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Number Ordered Meals Depending On The Actual Demand (Up To A Maximum Of 40% Of The Total Maximum Value Of Remuneration (Gross) Specified In §6 Section 3 Of The Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz). The Quantities Indicated In The Order Documents Are Estimates And Are Used Only To Calculate The Offer Price. If The Total Delivery Of Lunches Is Less Than The Number Of 23,530 Planned By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claims In This Respect. The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration Only For The Meals Actually Ordered And Delivered. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor Of Any Changes In The Number Of Ordered Meals By Phone, Sms Or E-Mail No Later Than 8:30 A.M. On A Given Day. In An Exceptional Situation Related To A Change In The Organization Of The School Working Day, The Lunch Will Be Delivered At A Different Time - After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor.2.
