Tenders Are Invited For Transportation Of Disabled Students (Including Wheelchair Users) From The Jaworze Commune To Educational Institutions In Bielsko-Biała And Ustroń In The School Year 2026/2027

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Passenger Transport Services In The 2026/2027 School Year, Consisting In The Transport Of Disabled Students, Including Students In Wheelchairs, From Their Place Of Residence In The Jaworze Commune To Educational Institutions Located In Bielsko-Biała And Ustroń And Their Return After The End Of Classes - Along With The Provision Of Care During The Journey, In Accordance With Art. 39 Section 4 And Art. 32 Section 6 Of The Act Of December 14, 2016 - Education Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1043, As Amended). 2. Transport Services Referred To In Point 2.1. Include: 1) Picking Up The Student From The Place Of Residence, 2) Transport To The Facility, 3) Transferring The Student To The Care Of An Employee Of The Facility, 4) Collecting The Student After The End Of Classes, 5) Transport From The Facility To The Students Place Of Residence And Transferring The Student To The Care Of The Parent Or Legal Guardian, 6) Providing Care During The Entire Transport.3. Disabled Students Should Be Transported By Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport An Organized Group Of Disabled Students (Including Those In Wheelchairs) To Educational Institutions In Bielsko-Biała And Ustroń. The Service Involves Arriving At The Home Of Each Designated Student, Transporting Him Or Her To The Appropriate Facility, And After The Student Has Finished Classes, Taking Him Or Her Home From The Facility And Providing Care For The Duration Of The Transport Service. The Guardian Is Obliged To Provide Care During Transport From The Moment Each Student Enters The Vehicle, While Driving And After Leaving The Vehicle At The Destination, Until The Student Enters The Building Of The Educational Institution Or Home. The Daily Schedule Depends On The Class Schedule And Will Change As Needed. 4. The Estimated Number Of Students Covered By The Transport Is 9. Comments To Point 4: 1) The Above-Mentioned Number Of Students Covered By The Transport Is Only An Estimated Value Resulting From Non-Binding Declarations Of Persons Interested In Using The Transport That Is The Subject Of The Order And From The Number Of People Using Such Transport In The Previous 12 Months. 2) At The Time Of Signing The Contract With The Contractor, The Number Of People Using The Transport May Not Be Identical To The Value Given In This Description. In Cases Of Changes In The Number Of Students During The Order Period, The Transport Route May Change (Both Increase And Decrease). 5. The Student Transport Schedule Will Depend On The School Schedule And Will Change According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Of Which The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor At Least Two Days B
