I. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase (Transfer Of Ownership To The Ordering Party And Delivery To The Ordering Party) Of A Brand New 9-Seater Car For Transporting People In Wheelchairs For The Needs Of The Community Self-Help Home In Nowy Sącz. Ii. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Functional And Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Are Described In Annex No. 1 To Swz.Iii. The Contractor Will Declare That The Offered Car: 1) Is Brand New, Was Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026, Is Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Third Party Rights, And Is Not Subject To Any Proceedings And That It Is Not The Subject Of Any Contract Security; 2) Has The Manufacturers Authorization To Sell The Car And Provide Warranty And Post-Warranty Service; 3) Has Approval Certificates Issued In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Which He Will Present On The Date Of Delivery-Issuance The Car; 4) And, Moreover, That At The Time Of Its Delivery And Release, He Will Have The Legal Title To Dispose Of It In An Unlimited Manner, Unencumbered By Any Rights Of Third Parties.
