The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Conservation Documentation For The Superstructure, Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Water Tower Located In The Northern Basin In Świnoujście, On Plot No. 122/56, Świnoujście 7, At Ul. Jachtowa, And Performing Authors Supervision Under The Option Law. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Prepare Documentation Enabling The Transformation Of The Existing Water Tower Into A Cultural And Tourist Function, In Particular The Function Of An Observation And Exhibition Tower, As Well As Obtaining Or Preparing Documents Necessary For The Required Arrangements, Permits And Decisions, In Particular Permits Of The Competent Provincial Conservator Of Monuments And Decisions On Construction Permits. The Basic Scope Includes In Particular: Geotechnical Opinion; Technical Expertise; Conservation Documentation And Architectural And Conservation Inventory; Conservation And Restoration Program; Required Environmental Opinions And Derogation Documents, If Required; Land Development Design; Architectural And Construction Design; Multi-Discipline Technical Design; Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates; Design Of An Information Board Or Billboard With 3D Visualization And Other Studies, Arrangements, Opinions And Documents Specified In The Opz. The Documentation Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Procedure For The Performance Of Construction And Conservation Works. The Contractor Will Also Provide Answers To Questions Regarding The Documentation In The Course Of This Procedure For 36 Months From The Final Acceptance Of The Documentation, Within 5 Business Days Of Submitting The Question.
