3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Restaurant Services For Children Attending The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 15 In Wrocław 3.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary: 55.52.31.00-3, 55.52.40.00-9, 55.52.00.00-1, 55.52.12.00-0.3.1. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To Possible Higher Costs And Lack Of Coordination, Resulting In A Serious Risk Of Incorrect Execution Of The Order. Dividing The Task Is Unjustified In Economic, Technical And Organizational Terms And Could Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Task. Submitting Offers For Small Parts Of The Order Could Become Unprofitable For Contractors And Would Make It Impossible To Resolve The Procedure. Moreover, The Lack Of Division Of The Task Into Smaller Parts Does Not Constitute A Barrier For Smes, As There Are Civil And Legal Possibilities For Cooperation Between Contractors, Which Allow Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises To Carry Out This Task.3.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.3.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Person(S) Carrying Out Activities At The Ordering Partys Premises In Order To Perform The Task (Preparing And Serving Meals, Cleaning After Meals) Are Employed Only On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Unless They Are Performed By The Persons Personally As Part Of Their Business Activity Based On An Entry In The Ceidg - Min. 5 Full-Time Positions. Employment Under The Employment Contract Of The Above-Mentioned Persons Should Continue Uninterruptedly Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Within The Deadline Specified In The Provisions Of The Contract And To Update On An Ongoing Basis, I.E. Each Time There Is A Personnel Change, The Declaration Referred To In The Contract. 3.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit In Accordance With Art. 131 Section 2 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.3.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Opz, Which Constitutes An Annex To The Swz.
