Scope of Work:The selected firm will perform the engagement in accordance with the official DG ECHO CFS Terms of Reference (V2.2 01.03.2025) and issue a final CFS report using the mandatory ECHO template. Documents Attached: INTERSOS Terms of Reference (TOR) Defines the procurement framework, evaluation criteria, timeline, deliverables and submission requirements. DG ECHO CFS Template (English Version) The mandatory template the audit firm must use for the AUP checklist, procedures and final report. In the event of any discrepancy between the INTERSOS TOR and the official ECHO CFS documentation, the ECHO CFS documentation prevails.
