Tenders are invited for Supply & Delivery of Intraocular Lenses Bid documents will be issued at the office of the Provincial Director of Health Services Sabaragamuwa at No.75, Dharmapala Mawatha, Ratnapura from 01st July 2026 to 20th July 2026 on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. and on 21st July 2026 from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. A non refundable Tender Fee of Rs. 5,000.00 will be charged for the issue of one bid document. The mode of payment shall be in cash in favor of the Provincial Director, Provincial Directorate of Health Services - Sabaragamuwa.
