The Contractor Is Obliged To Predict, Select And Apply All Necessary Organizational, Technical And Technological Solutions Enabling The Continuity Of Operation Of The Sewage System During The Construction. Works, In Particular Temporary Solutions, Bypasses, Pumping, Protection Or Other Measures Necessary To Ensure Proper Sewage Disposal. All Costs Related To Ensuring The Continuity Of The Sewage System, Including The Costs Of Using Temporary Solutions, Devices, Materials, Labor, Security, Arrangements And Possible Additional Works Necessary To Maintain Sewage Disposal During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price. For This Reason, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Additional Remuneration.
