The Subject Of The Construction Project Is To Retrofit Existing Playgrounds In Public Places In The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Kętrzyn County In The Following Towns: - Korsze - Plot 140/1, District 0002 - A Set Of Playground Equipment, A Scale Swing, A Swing Swing - Korsze - Plot 289, District 0002 - A Set Of Playground Equipment, Weight Swing, Rocker, Board Sandbox, Double Swing Swing - Warnikajmy - Plot No. 4/23, Precinct 0047 - Double Metal Swing With A Storks Nest - Suśnik - Plot No. 3/2, Precinct 0043 - Flat Seat - Babieniec - Plot No. 40/1, Precinct 0001 - Basket Seat, Flat Seat - Tołkiny - Plot No. 3/4, Precinct 0044 - Sandbox Made Of Hdpe Or Equivalent Material - Płutniki - Plot No. 1/28, Precinct 0027 - Zip Line, - Równina Górna - Plot No. 97, District 0032 - Basket Seat, Platform Carousel With Seats, Double Metal Swing Swing - Parys - Plot No. 87, District 0025 - Double Metal Swing Swing As Part Of The Task Entitled: Retrofitting Existing Playgrounds In The Korsze Commune By Installing Additional Play Equipment, Without Changing The Way The Land Is Used And Without Performing Construction Works That Go Beyond The Assembly Of Devices In Accordance With The Manufacturers Instructions. The Task Includes, Among Others: - Construction Of Foundations For Toys In Accordance With The Toy Manufacturers Recommendations, - Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Playground Elements. The Entire Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Standards For This Type Of Facilities, Including: In Accordance With The Pn-En 1176, Pn-En 1177 Standards. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Certificates Confirming Compliance With The Applicable Pn-En 1176 Standard, Issued By Certification Bodies Not Accredited By The Polish Center For Accreditation. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For: - Providing The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents: Certificates Of Compliance Of The Devices Used; Manufacturers Declarations Of Conformity; Technical Certificates And Approvals; Use And Maintenance Instructions;2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) Together With All Its Annexes And Explanations, As Well As Any Changes Made At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure.
