The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Playground With A Polyurethane Surface, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment. 2) Construction (Delivery And Installation) Of Small Architecture Elements. 3) Construction Of A Fence. Additional Comments From The Ordering Party Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: - The Work Area Should Be Carefully Marked And Secured. - The Contractor Will, At His Own Expense, Restore Any Damage To The Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure Caused During The Works. - All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Under The Supervision Of An Authorized Person, Using Construction Products Approved For Trading And Common Use In Construction.3.
