1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Establishment Of Emergency Power Supply For The Building Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship Marshals Office At Ul. Augustyńskiego 1 In Gdańsk. 2. Subject Of The Order Specified In Section 1 Includes, Among Others: A) Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Foundation For The Installation Of A Power Generator; B) Construction Of A Decorative Pergola; C) Delivery And Installation Of A Power Generator; D) Construction Of A 0.4 Kv Lv Cable Line For The Backup Power Supply Of An Office Building; E) Construction Of A Concrete Block Band Around The Designed Generator; F) Construction Of An Electrical Installation For Emergency Power Supply; G) Finishing Works (Including Pavement, Sowing Grass After Excavations); H) Tidying Up The Area After The Works Have Been Completed). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annexes No. 1.1 - 1.2 To The Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Appendix No. 2 To Swz.3. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of An Active Facility Near Which The Offices Of The Marshals Office Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship Are Located. The Possibility Of Collision-Free Operation Of The Office During Construction And Installation Works Should Be Taken Into Account And Ensured. The Work Carried Out Cannot Have Any Negative Impact On The Work Of The Facilitys Officials And Visitors, As Well As On Neighboring Areas. 4. The Contractor Must Provide For The Protection Of The Construction Site/Area And Its Surroundings, Perform The Work In Accordance With The Regulations On Environmental Protection, Fire Protection, Protection Of Public And Private Property, Occupational Health And Safety, Comply With Legal Provisions, Provide Appropriate Materials And Standards Related To The Execution Of The Order, Ensure Quality Control Of The Works And Documentation Needed For The Acceptance Of The Works. 5. The Contractor May Not Exploit Errors Or Omissions Contained In The Documentation Indicated In The Swz, And Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of Their Detection, Who Will Make Appropriate Changes Or Corrections, And In The Event Of Failure To Do So, The Resulting Consequences Will Be Borne Solely By The Contractor. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Analyze The Solutions Presented In The Swz Documentation, In Terms Of The Adopted Technical Solutions And Optimization Of The Work System. (Appendix No. 1.3 To The Swz) Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Document Which Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For Calculating The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Statements Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Only Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Subject Of The Order And Help Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs. 8.
