Detailed Guidelines Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Are Included In The Following Studies: 1) Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz;2) Technical Documentation - Annex No. 5 To The Swz: Which Includes: I. Functional And Utility Program;Ii. Concept;Iii. Geotechnical Opinion And Documentation Of Subsoil Tests.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Complete Design Documentation And Obtain All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Design Reports And Other Documents Required By Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law And Other Specific Regulations. In Addition, The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared Based On The Requirements Specified In Section Ii, Section 4 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law And The Implementing Provisions Of This Act.
