1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Facade Of The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Zabór At Ul. Witosa 30 In Zabór, Zielona Góra County, Lubusz Voivodeship.2. The Scope Of Renovation Works Includes Preparatory, Protective, Repair And Finishing Works On The Buildings Facade, In Particular: • Assembly And Disassembly Of Scaffolding, • Protection Of Windows, Doors, Window Sills And Other Elements Of The Buildings Equipment, • Manual Cleaning And Washing Of The Facade Surface, • Priming Of The Substrate, • Local Repair And Replenishment Of Damaged Plasters, • Plastering, • Making Mosaic Plaster On The Buildings Plinth, • Painting Facade With Silicone Paint, • Cleaning The Woodwork After Completion Of The Work. • Carrying Out Cleaning Works And Tidying Up The Area After The Investment Is Completed.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Documentation Together With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Appendices No. 4 To The Swz) And The Bill Of Quantities - Annexes No. 5. The Bill Of Quantities Is Attached Only As An Aid.4. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Using New Materials And Own Equipment, Which He Will Purchase And Deliver To The Construction Site At His Own Expense And Risk. The Cost Of Purchase And Delivery Of All Materials And Equipment Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration. The Materials And Devices Used During The Execution Of The Works Must Be Approved For Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations. Demolition Materials Are The Property Of The Ordering Party.5. Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Direct Performance Of Construction Works In All Industries - All Manual Workers Performing Construction Works On The Construction Site, Technical Construction Staff, With The Exception Of The Construction Manager, Works Manager Solely On The Basis Of Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277).6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Agree And Approve Material Solutions At Every Stage Of Order Execution.7.
