The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: A) Demolition And Dismantling Works, B) Earthworks, C) Foundations, Foundation Footing, Foundation Insulation, D) Foundation Walls, Foundation Wall Insulation, Columns Concrete,E) Walls, Partitions, Lintels, Beams, Tie Beams,F) Roof,G) Joinery,H) Ceiling,I) Plasters And Internal Cladding, Painting,J) Floors,K) Façade,L) Landscaping,M) Electrical Installation,N) External Sanitary Sewage System,O) Internal Sewage System,P) Water Supply System,Q) Central Heating Installation,R) Ventilation Mechanical, The Full And Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Has Been Indicated In Such Documents As: Technical Documentation (Constituted As An Annex To The Specification), Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Constituted As An Annex To The Specification), And The Bill Of Quantities (Constituted As An Annex To The Specification), Based On Which Documents The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed. Moreover, It Should Be Noted That The Contractual Remuneration Under The Procedure Is A Lump Sum And The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element And Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer.
