Quality Requirements: Transport, Delivery Of Clean Linen And Collection Of Dirty Hospital Linen And Other Assortments Will Take Place In Accordance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations. Collection Of Hospital Linen And Other Assortments Listed In Points 1A-D And Their Delivery Will Take Place Every Day From Monday To Friday From 08:00 To 11:00 In The Shuttle System Without Empty Trips From / To: District Hospital In Kluczbork Ul. M. Skłodowska - Curie 23 And The Care And Treatment Center In Wołczyn Ul. Kościuszki 2 (One Trip From/To Each Of These Pick-Up Points). I.E.: Collection From The Hospital, Travel To The Laundry, Unloading, Sorting, Washing, Drying, Ironing/Moulding, Folding, Packing, Loading, Travel To The Hospital, Unloading Time, Other Processes Necessary In The Laundry Cycle; The Contractor Should Have Appropriate Premises For Running A Laundry Facility That Meets The Requirements In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of February 2, 2011 Regarding The Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements To Be Met In Terms Of Professional And Sanitary Facilities By Health Care Facilities (Journal Of Laws No. 31, Item 158, As Amended). The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Number And Assortment Of The Received Laundry. The Collection Of Clean Laundry Will Be Carried Out In The Same Way As Its Delivery. The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For Any Damages Incurred In Connection With The Service Provided From The Moment Of Collecting The Dirty Laundry Until The Moment Of Handing Over The Clean Laundry And Its Collection By The Ordering Party. Confirmation Of The Weight Of The Clean Laundry Will Be Based On Verification Of The Weight Specified By The Contractor At The Ordering Partys By Weighing The Washed Laundry In The Presence Of Two Parties At The Place Of Its Collection Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Recipient Is Authorized To Check The Batch Of Delivered Laundry And, If Any Objections Are Found, To Immediately Report A Complaint, Which Will Be Immediately Considered And Implemented
