The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Bicycle Path, A Sidewalk For Cutting Down Trees And Bushes, Plantings, Horizontal And Vertical Markings, Street Lighting Along With Laying Cables, Securing T-Mobile And Orange Telecommunications Networks.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Method Of Contract Execution And The Conditions Of Contract Execution Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz And The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Swz3. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Element For The Contractor, Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, Which Does Not Constitute The Basis For Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Following Guarantees: 1) Warranty For Construction Works Performed And Accepted By The Ordering Party, Materials Delivered, Installed Equipment Covered By The Order And Maintenance Of Road Greenery - In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. The Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And Accepted By The Ordering Party, The Materials Delivered And The Devices Used, As Well As The Maintenance Of Road Greenery That Are Covered By The Order, Constitutes The Tender Evaluation Criterion In Accordance With Chapter. Swz.2) The Warranty For Lighting Fixtures And The Lighting Control System Referred To In The Annex Technical Design Of Passage Lighting Is 10 Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Specifies That It Requires A Warranty For A Period Of Not Less Than 5 Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order, Taking Into Account The Warranty Provided By The Manufacturer Of The Lighting Fixtures.
