1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Ul. Niedurnego On Episode. From No. 20 To Ul. Łagiewnicka In Chorzów. As Part Of The Task, The Shape And Profile Of The Road Will Be Preserved. Curbs Will Be Used On Both Sides Of The Road. Road On The Side Of The Sidewalk And On Curves, On-Ramp Along The Roadside And Pedestrian Crossings. A 1.0 M Wide Shoulder Will Be Made Of Crushed Aggregate On The Left Side Of The Road. On The Right Side Of The Road, A Sidewalk Will Be Built Made Of Gray Concrete Cubes, 2.5 M Wide. The Sidewalks And The Roadside Will Have A New Substructure Structure. The Drainage Of Sidewalks And Roadsides Will Be Through Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes To The Designed Street Inlets And To Green Areas Adjacent To The Roadsides. The Sidewalks Facing The Green Areas Will Be Framed By Using Sidewalk Edging. The Roadside Will Be Limited On Both Sides By An On-Ramp Curb. New Horizontal And Vertical Markings Will Be Installed. The Existing Lighting Will Be Dismantled And New Lighting Will Be Installed In Another Location With Guidelines Described In Detail In The Technical Design For Lighting And Electrical Networks.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Presented In The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 To This Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Following Guarantees: 1) Warranty For Construction Works Performed And Accepted By The Ordering Party, Materials Delivered And Installed Devices Covered By The Order, Excluding Lighting Fixtures And The Lighting Control System Referred To In Point 2) Below, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. The Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And Accepted By The Ordering Party, The Materials Delivered And The Equipment Used Covered By The Order Constitutes The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers In Accordance With Chapter. Xvii. Swz.2) The Warranty For Lighting Fixtures And The Lighting Control System Referred To In The Technical (Executive) Design Of The Power Industry (Chapter 3.1. Reconstruction Of Lighting) Is A Minimum Of 5 Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order, Provided That The Warranty Period Offered By The Contractor Cannot Be Longer Than The Warranty Provided By The Manufacturer Of Lighting Fixtures.4. The Ordering Party Plans To Obtain Funding For The Implementation Of The Order In Question From A Special-Purpose Subsidy From The Gzm Budget As Part Of The Resilience Fund In 2026. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 5.
