Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Primary School In Rozniszew Through Replacement Of The Gymnasium Parquet

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction, Assembly, Finishing And Installation Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Modernization Of The Primary School In Rozniszew By Replacing The Parquet Floor Of The Gymnasium. 2. The Scope Of Work In The Gym Includes, Among Others: Dismantling And Preparatory Works, Preparation Of The Substrate, Installation Of New Parquet Flooring, Painting Of Steel Structures (Girders), Painting Works - Plaster Repair, Installation Of Led Lighting Fixtures; Renovation And Modernization Of Hygienic And Sanitary Facilities Includes, Among Others: Painting And Plaster Repair Works, Interior Finishing Elements (Laying Floor And Wall Tiles), Installation Of Door Joinery And System Development, Execution Of Sanitary And Electrical Installations. All Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Bill Of Quantities And The Detailed Scope Of Tasks (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz). 3. The Ordering Party Will Attach To The Procedure A Document Constituting The Basis For Cost Calculation - Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Contractor Attaches The Completed Attachment To The Offer And It Will Constitute A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate. This Cost Estimate Will Be Used To Compare Offers And Will Be Supporting Material. The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Lump Sum. 4. The Contractor Will Provide All Materials, Tools And Means Of Transport. All Materials Used Must Have A Hygiene Certificate, Quality Certificate Or Declaration Of Conformity.5. All Materials And Devices Used Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Have Documents Allowing For Use In Construction, Especially In Educational Institutions (Pzh Hygiene Certificates, Ce Certificates Of Conformity, Declarations Of Properties).6. Parametry Techniczne Wybranych Elementów:A. The Sports Floor System Must Meet The Criteria Of The Pn-En 14904 Standard. B. The Topcoat Must Have Anti-Slip And Flame-Retardant Properties. Floor Tiles In Bathrooms And Cloakrooms Must Have A Minimum Anti-Slip Class. R10.D. Led Luminaires In The Gym Must Have A High Class Of Mechanical Resistance To Impacts Or System Protective Nets7. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Construction Works And Installed Equipment For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Investment.8. The Ordering Party Requires A Local Inspection Of The Place Of Execution Of The Order - The Gymnasium At The Primary School In Rozniszew - In Order To Thoroughly Familiarize Itself With The Technical Conditions, Scope Of Works And Accessibility Of The Area. The On-Site Visit Is Intended To Enable The Correct Valuation Of Works And The Preparation Of A Reliable Offer. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Proceedings In Question Is Of An Auxiliary Nature Only. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Verify The Scope Of Works In Nature.
