1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Involving The Transport Of Children And Teenagers In The City And Commune Of Rydzyna In The School Year 2026-2027, From Monday To Friday, Excluding Winter Breaks, Holidays And Other Days Free From School, As Well As Transport Related To School Activities, In Particular To Sports Competitions, Competitions, Celebrations And Educational Events, Carried Out At The Request Of The Ordering Party. Estimated Average Monthly Mileage - Approx. Pln 7,500.00 Km. Total Mileage From September 2026 To June 2027 - Approx. 75,000.00 Km (Maximum 77,000.00 Km). The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out Transport On 4 Routes, From From Approx. 6.00. Until 9.00. And At From. 11.00. To 4 P.M. The Contractor Should Have 3 Buses With 60 Or More Seats That Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Relevant Regulations. Additionally, The Contractor Should Have One Spare Bus. Children Will Be Transported Under The Supervision Of Guardians Appointed By The Commune. The Contractor Is Obliged To Act As A Coordinator For Drivers And Guardians. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Transported Persons With Appropriate Safety And Hygiene Conditions, In Accordance With The Provisions And Principles Specified In The Transport Law, With Particular Emphasis On The Rules For The Transport Of Children And School Youth. The Service Provider Is Obliged To Conclude An Insurance Contract Against Civil Liability And Consequences. Accidents In Connection With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract (Valid Throughout The Duration Of The Contract). In The Event Of A Failure Of The Means Of Transport During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Means Of Transport, Which May Be Its Own Means Of Transport, A Means Of Transport Rented Or Contracted In The Form Of An Agreement With A Subcontractor. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Changes In The Scope Of Reducing Or Increasing The Number Of Kilometers, The Number Of Children, Delivery And Departure Hours And The Number Of Buses, As Well As The Right To Indicate Additional Stopping Places, Depending On Demand. The Above Changes Do Not Require An Annex To The Contract.
