Scope Of The Order: • Construction Of A Storm Sewerage System From Pvc Pipes 200X5.9 Sdr34 Sn8 - 2.5 M, • Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System From Pvc Pipes 250X7.3 Sdr34 Sn8 - 103.0 M, • Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System From Pvc Pipes 315X9.2 Sdr34 Sn8 - 274.5 M,• Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System Made Of Pvc Pipes 400X11.7 Sdr34 Sn8 - 60.0 M,• Construction Of O1200 Concrete Inspection Wells - 6 Pcs.,• Construction Of Concrete Inspection Wells With A 0.5M-O1200 Settling Tank - 2 Pcs.,• Construction Of Concrete Inspection Wells With A 0.5M O1500 Settling Tank - 1 Pc.,• Construction Inspection Wells Pp O425 - 3 Pcs, • Construction Of 2 Storm Drains In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Including Paving Within A Radius Of Approx. 50 Cm; • Restoration Of The Stone Aggregate Surface. The Contractors Obligations Include: A) Providing The Ordering Party With An As-Built Geodetic Inventory; B) Immediately Informing The Ordering Party In The Event Of Archaeological Discoveries; C) Taking Over The Work Area From The Ordering Party; D) Securing And Fencing The Work Area; E) Locating And Preparing The Construction Site Facilities According To Its Needs And At Its Own Expense; F) Providing The Health And Safety Plan In Accordance With Art. 21A Of The Construction Law Act; G) Providing A Material And Financial Schedule Of Works; H) Providing The Construction Managers Declaration On Assuming The Duties Of A Construction Manager Along With A Complete Set Of Licenses And Certificates Required By Law; I) Ensuring Supervision Of The Property At Its Own Expense; J) Ensuring The Consumption Of Electricity And Water At Its Own Expense; K) Bearing Full Responsibility For The Use And Safety Of All Activities Carried Out On And Outside The Work Site And Related To The Execution Of The Construction Object, Also In The Case Of Third Parties Who Will Use The Road During The Works; L) The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark Out The Main Points By An Authorized Surveyor And Is Responsible For Protecting The Marked Measurement Points Until The Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Contractor Will Restore And Preserve Damaged Or Destroyed Geodetic Signs At His Own Expense. M) If Protected Species Are Found During The Work, Environmental Supervision Should Be Immediately Established And The Fact Reported To The Appropriate Institutions. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Supervision In Order To Meet All Environmental Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Investment. R) Tidy Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works, Construction Facilities And Adjacent Areas Occupied Or Used By The Contractor, Including Renovating, At Its Own Expense, Facilities, Roads Or Their Fragments, Surfaces Or Installations, Destroyed Or Damaged As A Result O
