The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture, Including Playground Equipment, Equipment Permanently Attached To The Ground, As Well As Construction Works Consisting Of Demolition And Disassembly, Earthworks, Construction Of New Safe Sand Surfaces In The Outskirts Of The Sbr, Construction Of A Hill, Grass Surfaces As Part Of The Task Titled: Creation Of An Active Playground At Nursery No. 3 In Kalisz (By Rebuilding Existing Playgrounds), Based On Documents Specified In Point 4.5 Of The Swz. The Area Covered By The Investment Is Located On Plots No. 22/1 And 22/2 Within The Geodetic Area 081A Kaliniec. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Labor Fund Under The Ministrys Active Playgrounds Program 2026.2. The Material Scope Covered By This Procedure Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Demolition And Dismantling Works (Of Existing Surfaces With Substructures, Existing Playground Elements), 2) Earthworks (Including Trenching), 3) Construction Of New Safe Sand Surfaces In The Outskirts Of Sbr, 4) Construction Of A Grass Surface (Grass From A Roll), 5) Construction Of A Hill With A Surface Lined With Grass From A Roll, 6) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture: A) Sandpit,B) Equipment: Car And Rockers,C) Equipment With A Tunnel,D) House With Thematic Panels,E) Play Set With A Slide,F) Chalk Boards,G) Benches,7) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Permanently Attached To The Ground: A) Structures For A Board With The Playground Regulations (The Final Content Of The Regulations Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Order),B) Material Roofs On Dedicated Structures,8) Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order And Cleaning Works After The Works, Including The Restoration Of Green Areas To Their Previous Condition. Note: 1) The Contractor Should Implement The Subject Of The Order In Such A Way That The Ordering Party, After The Reconstruction Of Existing Playgrounds, Obtains An Inspection Document Confirming Compliance Of Playgrounds Or Surfaces With The Standards Pn-En 1176 Or 1177.2) The Ordering Party Allows ± 10% Tolerance Of Size Parameters In The Field Of: Small Architecture, Including Playground Equipment (With Provided That Their Installation May Not Result In The Need To Increase The Surface And Dimensions Of The Playground, In Particular The Number Of Safe Surfaces) And Material Roofs, Provided That Appropriate Distances Are Maintained And Safe Zones Are Maintained. When Carrying Out Earthworks Near Trees, You Should Pay Special Attention To The Root System So As Not To Damage It, Secure It Appropriately And Replace The Work Manually With A Mechanical Method.
