The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Dismantling Of The Existing Central Heating Boiler With Accessories And The Delivery And Installation Of A New Heat Source. The Replacement Results From Incorrect Selection Of The Power Of The Device Installed In The Previous Year, Which Results In Improper Operation Of The Heating Installation. The Ordering Party Will Make Available Its Expertise On Power Selection, But The Contractor Is Responsible For The Final Determination Of The Parameters Of The New Device. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Detailed Technical Specification Of The Selected Device And Must Obtain Written Confirmation Of The Acceptance Of The Proposed Boiler Model And Its Power By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
