1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Distribution Of Hot Meals For Students In A Room Prepared By The Contractor (Canteen) - Located At A Distance Not Exceeding 500 Meters From Primary School No. 5. Saint John Paul Ii In Namysłów. The Contractors Responsibilities Include Providing A Room (Canteen) In Which Meals For Students Will Be Prepared And Served, With Appropriate Equipment Enabling The Execution Of The Order, Kept In Proper Cleanliness - In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Rules, Equipped With Tables And Chairs For Those Eating Meals, Dishes, Cutlery.2) A Hot Meal Is Understood As A One-Course Dinner, Which Should Include, Due To The Developmental Needs Of Children: Fish In Various Forms Once A Week, Portions Of Fried Meat Twice A Week, E.G. Poultry Cutlet, Pork Chop, Minced Meat, Etc., On Other Days Vegetarian Dishes (E.G.
