Work Detail
1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Distribution Of Hot Meals For Students In A Room Prepared By The Contractor (Canteen) - Located At A Distance Not Exceeding 500 Meters From Primary School No. 5. Saint John Paul Ii In Namysłów. The Contractors Responsibilities Include Providing A Room (Canteen) In Which Meals For Students Will Be Prepared And Served, With Appropriate Equipment Enabling The Execution Of The Order, Kept In Proper Cleanliness - In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Rules, Equipped With Tables And Chairs For Those Eating Meals, Dishes, Cutlery.2) A Hot Meal Is Understood As A One-Course Dinner, Which Should Include, Due To The Developmental Needs Of Children: Fish In Various Forms Once A Week, Portions Of Fried Meat Twice A Week, E.G. Poultry Cutlet, Pork Chop, Minced Meat, Etc., On Other Days Vegetarian Dishes (E.G. Soup, Pancakes, Dumplings) And Stewed Meat; The Meal Should Be Varied With Various Additions - Potatoes, Rice, Groats, Noodles, Pasta; The Meal Should Be Varied With Plenty Of Raw Vegetables Or Fruit. 3) Meals Should Be: Varied, Unique - Within 2 Weeks, Prepared So That The Caloric And Nutritional Value Meets The Requirements For Children And Adolescents, Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of Culinary And Sanitary Art For Public Catering, Made Of Fresh Food Products That Meet Quality Standards Of Food Products, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations In This Area And Have Current Expiration Dates. 4) The Expected Estimated Number Of Meals Served Per Day Is 80 Pieces. The Number Of Meals Will Be Change During The School Year - Depending On The Number Of Students Willing To Feed Students Reported By Parents To The Ordering Party. 5) The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Comply With The Haccp Principles And To Store Food Samples For 48 Hours, Collected In Accordance With The Applicable Procedure. 6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Demand That Meals Be Prepared Gluten-Free In Justified Cases Or In Accordance With Dietary Recommendations. 7) The Order Will Be Processed 5 Days A Week (From Monday To Friday, Except For Public Holidays Falling During This Period And Additional Days Off Established By The School Principal - In Accordance With The Attached Schedule). The Meal Should Be Prepared At 11.30 And Served By 12.00.8) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Menu For The Entire Week On The First Day Of The Week. 9) Settlement For The Prepared And Served Meals Will Be Made On The Basis Of A Vat Invoice Payable By The Ordering Party Within 7 Days Of Its Delivery. The Basis For Issuing An Invoice Will Be The Card Of Meals Provided To Students (Template Attached). 5.2 Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: Excessive Technical Difficulties, Excessive Costs Of Order Execution And Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order, Which Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of T
