The Subject Of The Order Includes Supplies Of Food Products, I.E. Potato Flour, Wheat Flour And Pasta To Prisons And Remand Centers In The Lublin District. Part 1 Of Flourpotato Flour 1,420 Kg, Wheat Flour 20,100 Kgthe Delivered Assortment Must Be Of Good Quality, Free From Defects (Foreign Flavors, Odors, Mold Growth, Fragments Of Foreign Bodies), With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 2 Months. Each Package Must Necessarily Contain The Following Data:  Name Of The Food,  Data On Ingredients Present In The Food,  Date Of Minimum Durability Or Expiration Date,  Data Identifying The Manufacturer Of The Food,  Net Content Or Number Of Pieces Of The Food In The Package,  Storage Conditions, If Its Quality Depends On Storage Conditions,  Designation Of The Production Batch,  Commercial Quality Class,  Gross Weight. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order: A) But Not More Than 30%, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, B) More Than 30%, In The Event Of Failure To Complete Three Consecutive Full Or Partial Deliveries Within The Time Specified In The Contract. The Contractors Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order At Their Own Expense, In Accordance With Sanitary Requirements And The Haccap System. A Vat Invoice Will Be Provided With Each Delivery.
