1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly As Well As The Transfer To The Ordering Party Of The Ownership Of Brand New Furniture (Year Of Production Min. 2026), Free From Legal And Physical Defects, Included In The Design Of Furniture. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Administrative Building Of The Golub - Dobrzyń Forest District, Located In Konstancjewo 3A, 87-400 Konstancjewo, Together With Complete Assembly, Leveling, Stabilization And Proper Mounting. Due To The Possibility Of Changing Needs During The Implementation Of This Agreement, The Scope Of The Order May Change. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party May Reduce The Scope Of The Order And/Or The Number Of Individual Elements Of The Order By 5% In Relation To The Scope And/Or Quantities Specified In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order May Be Quantitatively Changed By The Furniture Range Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Opz For Individual Categories, I.E.: - Employee Furniture - Office Furniture (Rooms 1.2 And 1.9 Pitero) - Furniture - Meeting Rooms ( Room No. 0.23 And Ground Floor 1.16) - Armchairs, Swivel Chairs, Conference Sofas - Carpentry Furniture - Blends, Wall Panels And Custom-Made Wardrobes - Equipment For Social Rooms - Supplementary Equipment. The Changes Referred To Above Cannot Lead To A Change In The Total Remuneration Due To The Contractor By More Than 10% In Relation To The Remuneration Indicated In The Offer. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two (2) Implementation Stages, Stage I - 1St Floor Of The Office Building: Part I - Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture Equipment Specified In The Interior Design Project/Description Of The Subject Of The Order - - 1St Floor Of The Office Building - With A Completion Date Of Up To 45 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract. ; Stage Ii - Ground Floor And Basement Of The Office Building: Part I - Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Furniture Equipment Specified In The Interior Design Project/Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Ground Floor Of The Office Building - With A Completion Date Of 120 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract;; Part Ii - Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture Equipment Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The File Store - Basement Of An Office Building - With A Completion Date Of 120 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract; The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1
