The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In A Bus Adapted To Transport Disabled People, With The Possibility Of Transporting A Student In A Wheelchair.4. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Provide 2 Guardians For The Transported Students, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them With A Place On The Bus.5. The Contractor Should Have All The Licenses Required By Law To Transport Disabled People And Have Paid Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance Packages.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex To Swz.7. The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Conditions Contained In Swz.8. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. Additional Requirements:9. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Conduct An On-Site Inspection Before Preparing The Offer, Provided That The Preparation Of The Offer Is Possible Without An On-Site Inspection. 10. Together With The Swz, The Ordering Party Provides All Documentation Necessary To Complete The Order, Therefore It Is Not Possible Or Necessary For The Contractor To Check It At The Ordering Partys Office.
