1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service Related To The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Children Attending The Public Primary School. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Supplies For The School Canteen - A Hot Meal (Lunch): 5 Times Per Decade For A Two-Course Lunch And 5 Times Per Decade For A One-Course Meat Dinner. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Number Of Ordered Meals Depending On The Actual Demand (Up To 40% Of The Total Maximum Value Of Remuneration (Gross) Specified In § 6 Section 3 Of The Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz). The Quantities Indicated In The Order Documents Are Estimates And Are Used Only To Calculate The Offer Price. If The Total Delivery Of Lunches Is Less Than The Number Of 30,770 Planned By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claims In This Respect. The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration Only For Meals Actually Ordered And Delivered. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor Of Any Changes In The Number Of Meals Ordered By Phone, Text Message Or E-Mail No Later Than 8:30 A.M. On A Given Day. In An Exceptional Situation Related To A Change In The Organization Of The School Working Day, Lunch Will Be Delivered At A Different Time - After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor.2.
