Tenders Are Invited For 40-P-26 Service, Inspections And Maintenance Of Medical Equipment - Repetition

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance Services And Periodic Technical Inspections Of Medical Equipment And Apparatus, Hereinafter Referred To As Apparatus, Used By The Ordering Party. As Part Of Periodic Technical Inspections, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Check The Technical Condition And Correct Operation Of The Equipment - Using Equipment And Tools Recommended By The Manufacturer Of The Equipment; 2) Replace Consumables In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations (E.G. Seals, Filters, So-Called Service Kits, Batteries) - As Needed The Ordering Party;3) Making The Necessary Corrections, Adjustments And Calibration Of The Equipment, Cleaning The Interior Of The Equipment;4) Updating Or Reinstalling The Software, Removing Any Errors;5) Submitting Documents Confirming The Inspection;6) Making An Entry In The Technical Passport Confirming The Approval Of The Equipment For Use With The Text The Equipment Is Technically Operational And Approved For Further Operation, Along With The Date - Month / Year - Of The Next Inspection, Or Issuing A Certificate Of Malfunction. Repairs Will Be Performed By The Contractor On The Basis Of A Separate Order Issued On The Basis Of The Concluded Service Contract, The Scope And Cost Of Which As Well As The Deadline For Completion Will Be Previously Agreed Between The Parties, In Writing Or Electronically. The Repair Should Be Documented With A Report And An Entry In The Technical Passport Authorizing The Equipment To Be Used. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Annex No. 9 To The Swz, I.E. The Proposed Contractual Provisions. The Scope Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex 2, I.E. Product And Price List.
