The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1415 L From Km 16+512 To Km 19+769 - Design Documentation In Order To Improve Technical Parameters And Road Traffic Safety Along With Obtaining Final Decisions And Other Documents Allowing The Commencement Of Construction Works:• Construction Permit Based On The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended As Amended) Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Law/Or• Notification Of Construction Works Made Pursuant To The Construction Law2. Selection Of The Above The Mode In Which Construction Works Will Be Performed Based On The Documentation Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party As Needed.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Design A Concept For The Reconstruction/Expansion Of The Road, Including: • Site Plan, • Normal Cross-Sections, 4. The Acceptance Of The Above Materials By The Ordering Party Is The Basis For Further Design Work.5. The Scope Of The Documentation Includes: • Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Measurements And Drilling To Determine The Scope Of Reconstruction And Strengthening Of The Road Body, • Correction Of The Road Grade And Cross-Section, • Designing A New Road Surface, If Necessary, Designing The Strengthening Of The Road Structure Along With Widening The Road, • Designing A Sidewalk, • Height Adjustment Of Existing Inlets And Manholes. Determining And Rebuilding Collisions With Networks. Construction Or Reconstruction Of Culverts Under Exits And District Roads. If Applicable. Reconstruction Of Existing Exits, Intersections, Bays With Adaptation To The Grade Of The Designed Roads. Designing Solutions For Draining Rainwater From The Road, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Permits, Decisions, Etc. Required By Law - If Applicable. Designing A Pedestrian Crossing With Lighting That Meets Standards. Wr-D-41-3 And Wr-D-41-4. If Applicable. Restoration And Maintenance Of Ditches. Permanent Traffic Organization Project. Inventory And Preparation Of A Tree Cutting And Planting Project - If Applicable. Obtaining Current Maps For Design Purposes For The Area Covered By The Study And Performing The Necessary Measurements In The Field.6. Technical Guidelines For The Development Of The Project:1) The Project Should Include: The Following Technical Parameters Of The Road. District Road Classa) 1415 L. Class Z,.
