1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Service Of Students To Schools In The Kobylin Commune, For Which The Kobylin Commune Is The Managing Body. 2. The Service Includes: - Transportation To Primary Schools In The Kobylin Commune, Including Transportation To Places Of Residence Or Bus Stops On All School Days, At Hours Set And Agreed With Individual Schools; - Transportation To Additional Sports, Educational And Cultural Activities, Competitions, Along With Trips To The Dentist On School Days Or Other Than School Days, The Need For Which Results From The Organization Of The Work Of Educational Institutions And The Organization Of The School Year - According To An Occasional Schedule, Agreed With The Ordering Party.3. The Service Should Be Provided By At Least 5 (Five) Buses, Including 2 (Two) Buses Adapted To Transport A Minimum Of 50 People And 1 (One) Adapted To Transport A Minimum Of 60 People And 2 (Two) With A Capacity Of At Least 23 People. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Provide Vehicles That Are Technically Efficient, Have Valid Technical Inspections, And Are Marked With Appropriate Boards Confirming The Transport Of Students. In The Autumn And Winter Period, Vehicles Transporting Students Must Be Heated. - Immediate Notification Of The School In The Event Of A Vehicle Breakdown, - Securing A Replacement Means Of Transport Of The Required Standard In The Event Of A Vehicle Breakdown. - Ensuring The Safety And Care Of Students During The Provision Of The Service, Min. The Average Monthly Number Of Kilometers Is Approximately 8,300 Km For A Bus On The Delivery Routes To Primary Schools. The Estimated Number Of Kilometers For Transporting Students To The Dentist And To Additional Classes Is Approximately 800 Km Per Month. In Total, For The Duration Of The Contract (10 Months), The Estimated Number Of Km Is 91,000 Km. Attention! The Specified Amounts Of Kilometers Are Estimated Amounts, Were Determined On The Basis Of Data From Previous Years And Are Used Only To Select The Most Advantageous Offer And As Such Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims Regarding The Actual Quantities Ordered By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract Regarding This Public Procurement. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Service Actually Performed According To The Unit Prices Proposed In The Offer. The Actual Quantities Of Services Provided During The Contract Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit Or Expand The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Quantity, Depending On The Current Needs And Financial Capabilities Of The Ordering Party.
