3.3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Purchases To Ensure Continuity Of Supplies In The Area: Area 2. Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies For Koparka Equipment Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of One Brand New Excavator, Manufactured In 2026, Intended For Performing Earthworks And Operational Works. The Machine Should Be Equipped With A Turbocharged Diesel Engine With A Minimum Power Of 55 Kw, Meeting The Exhaust Emission Standard At Least Eu Stage V, A 4X4 Drive And A Hydrostatic Or Equivalent Drive System. The Working Range Of The Arm Is At Least 6 M And The Ability To Work Outside The Machine Axis Is Required. The Operating Weight Of The Machine Should Be Between 7,500 Kg And 12,000 Kg. The Maximum Height Of The Machine Must Not Exceed 3,200 Mm (Without Warning Lamp) And The Rotation Radius Of The Counterweight Must Not Exceed 1,800 Mm. The Delivery Includes An Excavator Bucket With A Width Of Approximately 600 Mm (±10%), A Loader Bucket With A Capacity Of At Least 0.4 M³ And Forks.
