4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transportation And Pick-Up Services For Students From The Gorzków Commune To The Primary School. Jan Iii Sobieski In Gorzków-Osada As Part Of The Project Entitled Transport Of Students To The Jan Iii Sobieski Primary School In Gorzków-Osada In The 2026/2027 School Year, With Guardians Provided During Transport. Students Will Be Transported And Dropped Off From Monday To Friday, On School Days, Taking Into Account Breaks Resulting From The Organization Of The School Year.4.2. How The Service Is Provided:1. Students Will Be Transported And Dropped Off By Technically Efficient Buses, Approved For Traffic In Accordance With Applicable Law, Properly Marked And Equipped In Accordance With The Requirements Specified For The Transport Of Persons.2. The Total Number Of Students Covered By Transport And Pickup Is 118 Students And Is Valid As Of The Date Of Initiation Of The Public Procurement Procedure. This Number Is Forecast And May Increase Or Decrease By A Maximum Of 20% Compared To The Forecast Number. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take The Above Possibility Into Account When Calculating The Offer Price. A Change In The Number Of Students Using The Transport Does Not Affect The Gross Unit Price Of The Monthly Ticket. The Contractors Remuneration For A Given Month Will Be Each Time Determined As The Product Of The Number Of Personal Monthly Tickets Issued For Students Using The Transport In A Given Month And The Gross Unit Price Of The Monthly Ticket Offered. 3. The Service Will Be Provided As Part Of Regular Passenger Transport, And Students Will Use Monthly Tickets Issued By The Contractor.4. A Personal Monthly Ticket Means The Right To Use Transport For One Student In A Given Billing Month.5.
