1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Catering Lunches, Consisting Of Two Courses With A Drink And Fruit For Children Attending The Kindergarten Class At The Primary School. Józefa Piłsudski In Idzbark (4, 5 And 6-Year-Olds) And One Dish (Second) For Students Attending The Primary School. Józefa Piłsudski In Idzbark From Grades I-Viii. 2. The Planned Number Of Meals Provided Is: 1) Kindergarten Class - 188 Days X 9 Children 2) School - 172 Days X 100 Children 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Meals Provided On A Given Day According To The Current Attendance Of Students. 4. The Values Provided Are Estimates Used To Correctly Calculate The Offer Price. The Quantity Of The Ordered Product May Be Decreased Or Increased As Part Of The Execution Of The Contract. The Contractor Cannot Claim The Right To Perform The Maximum Quantities Indicated In The Procurement Documents.5. The Unit Price Of Standard And Diet Meals Is The Same. The Price Is A Lump Sum And Includes All The Contractors Costs, In Particular The Cost Of Products, Meal Preparation, Disposable Containers And Cutlery, Delivery And Unloading Of The Meal At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.6. The Number Of Meals Served Monthly Multiplied By The Unit Price Of The Meal Constitutes The Basis For Issuing A Vat Invoice By The Contractor.7. Deliveries Will Be Made On The Basis Of Current Orders Placed By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party (By Telephone Or Electronically). Orders Will Be Placed On The Day Of Service By 8.30. In The Order, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Number And Type Of Meals Ordered, I.E. Lunches, Divided Into Standard And Dietary Meals And Divided Into Childrens Ages.8. The Contractor Will Deliver Meals Using Its Own Transport Approved For The Transport Of Food, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, To The Kindergarten Department In Specialized Thermoses, And To The School In Disposable Containers (A Container For A Second Course Divided By Food + A Set Of Disposable Cutlery) Ensuring The Maintenance Of The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Dishes. Due To The Above, The Contractor Will Include The Cost Of The Dishes And Cutlery In The Price Of The Meal Offered. Containers For Transporting Meals Should Ensure Tight Closure And Cannot Be Cracked, Crushed Or Otherwise Damaged. The Owner Of The Necessary Number Of Thermoses To Ensure Smooth Delivery And Distribution Of Meals To Students Is The Contractor. Dirty Thermoses Cannot Be Left At School Until The Next Day.9. In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals And Then Deliver Them To The School Building Directly To The Room Indicated By The School At His Own Expense. Meals Will Be Delivered From Monday To Friday From 12.00 To 12.15.10. School Employees Will Be Responsible For Serving Meals To Children And Cleaning The Room Where Meals
