The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of A Draft General Plan Of The Kosakowo Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Draft General Plan Of The Kosakowo Commune With Justification And Annexes Based On Resolution No. Iv/16/2024 Of The Kosakowo Commune Council Of June 11, 2024, In Compliance With The Requirements And Procedure Specified In The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538) And In The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, As Well As In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology On The Method Of Preparing The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, 2) Development Of Spatial Data For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, 3) Conducting An Educational And Information Meeting About The Essence, Objectives And Principles Of The General Plan (E.G. In The Form Of A Presentation), At The Stage Of Collecting Applications For The Plan, 4) Participation In The Entire Procedure Of Preparing The General Plan, Specified In Art. 13I Section 3 Of The Above-Quoted Act, Including Social Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of This Act, Until The Resolution Is Published In The Official Journal Of The Voivodeship, 5) Introducing Changes To The Draft General Plan During The Preparation Procedure, Resulting From The Submitted Comments, Requests And Guidelines Of The Ordering Party, 6) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing An Environmental Impact Forecast Of The Draft General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments, With A Summary,7) Preparing An Ecophysiographic Study (If Necessary) For The Purposes Of Developing A General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law,8) Participating In Working And Consultation Meetings At The Office At Least Once A Month,9) Participating In Permanent Committees Of The Kosakowo Commune Council And Participating In The Session Of The Commune Council Adopting The General Plan, If Necessary,10) Participation In Public Consultations Regarding The Draft General Plan.11) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include: A) Adopting A Resolution On Starting To Prepare The General Plan, B) Collecting Applications For The General Plan From Property Owners And Interested Persons Or Institutions, C) Collecting Applications From Institutions And Bodies Competent To Agree On And Give Opinions On Th
