The Compact includes an investment of about USD 550 million from MCC and an additional contribution of USD 50 million from the Government for a global amount of USD 600 million. It includes three major projects: Contracts for Goods, Works and Services listed below and funded under the Compact, will be performed in accordance with principles, rules and procedures set forth in the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines-MCC PPG which can be found on MCA-Senegal II (https://mcasenegal.sn) Website and that of MCC Website https://www.mcc.gov/resources/doc/program-procurement-guidelines.
