Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2026/11341. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 20 July 2026 at 13.30 hours (Local time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Monday 20 July 2026 as from 15.01 hours (Local time) till Wednesday 22 July 2026 at 13.30 hours.
