Tenders are invited for Third Party Monitoring (TPM) Company. Service Location: Gaza Strip 1. Background The project is a humanitarian intervention implemented in Gaza with an approximate budget of CHF 570,000. The project aims to support conflict-affected populations through two main components: Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA): Provision of cash assistance to vulnerable households to help meet their immediate basic needs. Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS): Delivery of psychosocial support activities for conflict-affected children and adolescents to improve their psychological well-being. The project targets: MPCA: One-time cash assistance to 1,500 vulnerable households to support their immediate basic needs. MHPSS: Structured psychosocial support for children through 30 groups, each consisting of 15 children (aged 612 years), with a minimum of 10 sessions per group. Beneficiary selection is based on vulnerability and humanitarian needs, without discrimination based on gender, age, or disability. The project adopts a family-centered and inclusive approach and promotes community participation and accountability throughout implementation. The TPM company is expected to independently verify the implementation of project activities, validate beneficiary reach, assess the quality and effectiveness of interventions, and provide objective feedback on project performance and accountability.
