This will be obtainable from the Office of the Head of Procurement Unit, Room 067, Ground Floor, Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority, Km 24, Benin/Sapele Road, Obayantor, upon presentation of evidence of payment of a NON-REFUNDABLE tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) per Lot. 5.3 Inclusion of a bid security of 2% of the bid price for Works of Three Hundred Million Naira (N300m) and above; and for Goods of One Hundred Million Naira (N100m) and above.
